Why I Created this Challenge

BURN FAT. SHAPE YOUR BODY.

Exercise should be FUN and something you look forward to or you won't want to do it. You also don't have to spend HOURS at the gym if you focus on effective and efficient training techniques. This challenge gives you both! I designed this Challenge using training techniques specifically designed to BURN FAT and SCULPT your body in the shortest amount of time. The workouts are 30 minutes or less and keep you engaged and ready to workout EVERY SINGLE DAY.

30 MINUTES IS ALL YOU NEED

I included kickboxing (my SOUL MATE workout!), strength training, HIIT, tabata, abs, and pilates & yoga to increase flexibility. Getting bored is NOT an option. I want you to wake up each morning wondering "which fit & fab workout am I doing today?!" Every workout is inspired by 10 years experience teaching group fitness, and the training techniques that led to my weight loss transformation. This Challenge WILL help you lose weight and burn fat in 30 DAYS.

Nutrition

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

You can't out-train a bad diet. If you overload on carbs, fat, and sugar, you will wear it on your hips! The key is to eat healthy 80% of the time and enjoy your favorite foods in moderation. I always say "eat like you got some sense!" Your body needs carbs and healthy fats for fuel and energy. I'll teach you how to make better food choices for a balanced diet that will help you reach your fitness goals.

    Daily short and effective workouts you'll look forward to doing! You don't have to spend hours at the gym.  30 minutes a day is all it takes. You'll workout 6 days a week with an active rest day built in.

  • 8 WEEK TRANSITION DIET & SAMPLE MEAL PLAN

    An 8-week transition "diet" to maximize your results! I'm all about teaching you how to fish. You'll learn how to gradually eliminate processed foods from your diet and replace them with healthy, whole foods that fuel your body. You'll also get a sample meal plan to follow for the entire 30 days.

  • WEEKLY HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS

    Yes, I'm giving you homework! Listen Linda, you joined this challenge for accountability. As your Coach, my job is to hold you to it. Your weekly assignments will help you see the best results as you progress through the Challenge. You're welcome!

I'm MaShelle - your Fit & Fabulous Coach! I'm an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Coach, and wife to my husbae, Ron.     The Online Fitness Studio and my other flagship programs are not included. Those programs must be purchased separately.
